Submission Process

Five steps from first draft to published article.

  1. Step 1.Create or Log In to Your Account

    Register as an author on our OJS platform using your institutional email, or log in if you already have an account.

  2. Step 2.Prepare Your Manuscript

    Before you start

    Follow our Author Guidelines — 5,500–8,500 words, APA citation style (≥15 references), title ≤16 words, abstract 150–250 words, ≤6 keywords. Use the provided journal template (.docx).

  3. Step 3.Complete the Submission Form

    ~15 min

    Upload your anonymised manuscript, add co-author details, paste your abstract, enter keywords, and select the appropriate section.

  4. Step 4.Double-Blind Peer Review

    4–8 weeks

    Your manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent experts. Neither authors nor reviewers know each other's identities throughout the process.

  5. Step 5.Decision & Revision

    Via email

    You will receive one of: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject — along with detailed reviewer feedback. Respond and resubmit through your dashboard.

Pre-Submission Checklist

Confirm each item before uploading your manuscript to avoid desk rejection.

  • Manuscript is original and not under review elsewhere
  • Written in English: 5,500–8,500 words (research article) or 1,000–1,500 words (book review)
  • Title is ≤16 words; abstract 150–250 words; ≤6 keywords
  • APA citation style throughout, with ≥15 references
  • All tables and figures are numbered, titled, and sourced
  • Author names and affiliations removed from the manuscript file (double-blind review)
  • Manuscript formatted using the official journal template (.docx)
  • Plagiarism check completed — manuscript is free of unattributed content
